What's Covered (Refunds/Exchanges)
Manufacturing Defects: Holes, misprints, wrong colors, poor print quality.
Shipping Damage: Items arriving broken or damaged during transit (requires photo proof).
Incorrect Item: You received a different product than what you ordered.
What's Not Covered (Exceptions)
Buyer's Remorse: Don't like the design, wrong size ordered (refer to size guides!).
Incorrect Address: Packages returned due to customer-provided wrong address (may get product refund only).
Customization Errors: Mistakes made by the customer during design submission.
